The best of all genres, artists that the audience from this region can rarely see in one place, a careful selection of musical legends and new names — all this makes up the EXIT Universe, this year’s edition of the EXIT Festival set to take place July 6th–9th.
Exit’s mission of genre diversity shines in its full splendour this year as well because the Petrovaradin Fortress will welcome the most sought-after comeback tour in 2023, that of the cult band The Prodigy, and be one of the central locations of the global celebration of 50 years of hip-hop culture, led by the biggest hip-hop band of all time, Wu-Tang Clan. EXIT will also host Eric Prydz, the absolute leader of the electronic music scene, whom the audience in Serbia has been waiting a whole decade to see, as well as Skrillex, an eight-time Grammy winner, who has just closed one of the biggest music festivals in the world, Coachella.
The spotlight will be focused on the famous mts Dance Arena, which will open with a stronger-than-ever techno line-up, a women’s power quartet — Nina Kraviz, Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto and Tijana T, and close with an impressive set by one of the most sought-after electronic music collectives, Berlin’s Keinemusik. All the headliners whose beats and riffs will make the Fortress bounce have been confirmed earlier than ever this year, but there is still more to come! Visitors can secure tickets at highly favourable prices until April 28th at the latest or until supplies run out!
The energetic hitmakers Alesso and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are also coming to the Main Stage on Thursday, July 6. The temple of electronic music, Exit’s mts Dance Arena, will host a long-awaited guest — the one and only Eric Prydz is coming to the Fortress to lead Exit’s mega list of the biggest global electronic music stars, consisting of Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Nina Kraviz, Keinemusik, Michael Bibi, Hot Since 82, CamelPhat, Mind Against, Agents Of Time live, Gioli & Assia live, Ben Böhmer live, and Vintage Culture. With great excitement, the final set at the Arena this summer will be left to today’s most sought-after house collective – Keinemusik, who will perform at the afterparty after the closing of the official program, all together for at least six hours!
Artists who specialise in creating hits will also perform on Exit’s Main Stage. Aside from Alesso and DVLM, the super strong lineup consists of Burak Yeter, Mahmut Orhan, SOFI TUKKER and LF System, whose songs have been heard more than five billion times!

The iconic Main Stage will also welcome the masked house grandmaster Claptone, while the guitar sound, which EXIT remains loyal to, will be delivered by one of the most notable new rock bands – Viagra Boys, who will perform for the first time in Serbia! Epica, the world’s leading symphonic-metal band, is also coming to the Main Stage. The ultimate diversity in the sound of the Main Stage is underlined by the icons of the drum’n’bass genre, the duo Chase and Status, the selector Charlie Tee, and the British producer/DJ Gardna.
A refreshing breeze of electronic music will hit the NSNS stage, with headliners Ben UFO, Avalon Emerson, Patrick Mason, Carlita, Shimza, Desiree, Partiboi69, X-Coast and Cici. Cockney Rejects, Exciter, Ignite, Massacre, Midnight, NervoChaos, Wolfbrigade, Suzi Moon and many others are bringing the fiercest guitar sound to the Explosive stage, while the number of beats per minute will be turned up by the strongest-ever programme on the X-Bass stage, headlined by State of Mind, Jade, Monrroe and Youphoria.
This festival is unimaginable without a strong regional and domestic line-up. This year it consists of Marko Nastić, Tijana T, Coeus, Space Motion, Kristijan Molnar, Zoe Kida, Mortal Kombat, Ajs Nigrutin & Smoke Mardeljano, Prti Bee Gee, Bolesna Braća, Mimi Mercedez, Tam, Macha Ravel, Fox & Surreal, Phat Phillie, Hiljson Mandela, Z++, 30zona, Crni Cerak & Lacku and many others, whose names will be announced soon.
For four days, the Petrovaradin Fortress becomes a place where music, freedom, love, and diversity are celebrated, a place for making friends and discovering new favourite songs, a dancefloor for daring dance moves, an environment that encourages authenticity and a lifestyle according to one’s own standards.
Due to huge interest, the current ticket prices for EXIT 2023 will be valid until April 28th or until stocks run out.
